Mucky streak

Since I was last here, I've re listened to part of one of my favorite series and that is the elite guardian series by Lynette Eason. I don't watch many shows anymore, I don't have tv in my house, just the internet, and because I've got just internet, I listen to audiobooks and read books, which turn into my shows.

I have continued reading my squeaky clean mystery series, with mucky streak, book#7, and while you were sweeping, the in between books 7 & 8.

On the covers of most of the books, have a picture of Gabby, to give us a mental picture of her, and on the cover of while you were sweeping, there is a picture of Riley, Gabby's fiance. If you remember me telling you last time I posted my book review, that my daughter has been keeping up with the series also, she thinks that if she keeps asking me questions, I'll give in and spoil it for her. Here, I'll just give you my honest review of the book.

Christy Barritt is the author of this squeaky clean mystery series, along with many other books, and she has written this series to be a quick read with a storyline that keeps you sucked in till the end. She keeps the storyline going so you'll keep getting the next book. It's mystery/suspense, and that is my favorite genre, mystery, suspense. In mucky streak, Gabby and her fiance, Riley, are experiencing a long distance relationship, which neither is real familiar with. Gabby takes a break from her crime scene cleaning business, leaving Chad And Clarice to run things while she's gone. She's taken a different position, in a different state, to keep her mind off of not having her fiance with her. Someone has hired her for a job, in which has turned into a cold case that nobody has figured out, but many have been threatened or killed.

For anybody who likes mystery, suspense, romantic suspense, and has picked up one of these books, I pray you enjoy the series, and check out Christy Barritt's website for more books.

Read, part 2

Good afternoon everybody, so, the other day, I posted a brief post about what I've been reading or listening to, I've since finished the intervention series by Terri Blackstock and have started the capture, guardians of ga'hoole series#1-by Katherine Lasky, a series my 12yr old daughter just loves along with her wolves of the beyond series. But if you start her series, start with guardians of ga'hoole, you'll understand wolves of the beyond series much better.

I've also gotten 3/4 of the way through my squeaky clean mystery series, book#6, and it's getting really good. Have a great rest of your day folks, I'm gonna go back to listening while working.

Read

Ok, in the past two weeks, I've been with my mom in the hospital, and helping her out with running errands, dealing with my own out of whack health and preparing for school starting in less than two weeks, which has not totally allowed me a ton of actual allowable reading hours, but I've been listening to audiobooks lately.

I've got a few series that are my favorite fall back series, such as the intervention series by Terri Blackstock, elite guardian series by Lynette Eason, the moonlighter series also by Terri Blackstock, her new series with only two out, if I run and If I'm found, plus I plan to start a series by Kathryn Lasky, guardians of ga'hoole.

With school getting ready to start in less than two weeks, I'll have more time to sit and read. I'll hopefully be continuously getting thru my library pile and updating here. Have a great rest of your night.

Different books

Good evening book friends. I have since finished my last book of the squeaky clean mystery series, however, I got half way thru the 6th book when I realized that books 6 &7, were way late. So I'm now continuing listening to the intervention series by Terri Blackstock.

I've also got tons of books on my overdrive acct, hoopla, and of course my Amazon acct. But the library books and ebooks and audiobooks are first. I'll hopefully have more time this week to do more reading, of course while knitting and crocheting...😊.

The scum of all fears

The scum of all fears is a Christian fiction mystery book. It's also number 5 in the series of the squeaky clean mystery series. I'll tell ya, Gabby is somebody who'd I wanna know and admire. Gabby is a crime scene cleaner, now, I had never heard of a crime scene cleaner position before until I started this series by Christy Barritt.

In this book, Gabby is not only a crime scene cleaner, but she's interviewed for a Medical examiner position, in a different state, which is somewhat putting a damper on her upcoming nuptials. There is some bigger problem that's now affecting everybody she knows-a serial killer from her fiance's past, who had escaped from prison, skipped some states and who's on the warpath.

For whomever decides to read this, I'd suggest starting at the beginning of the series, which is hazardous duty-Christy Barritt. Have a great night folks, I'm off to continue reading.
